"The views are amazing . At night you hear the frogs and crickets . In the morning and evening you hear the many birds . The pond has bass in it . We did not play frisky golf, but walked the trails to see turkeys. In the evening deer would come down to the clearing . My 76 year old uncle loved the animals. Watched and listen to them on the many bench’s you can sit . We would stay again."

"Clean, great communication, has all the needed amenities. Walking distance to university of Idaho and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear all your neighbors. Use the ear plugs and noise machine provided. It would be awesome if the property added another mirror above the kitchen sink as it’s difficult to use the one in the bathroom with the toilet in front of it. Minor inconveniences but will definitely stay here again."

The well equipped kitchen makes it easy to treat my Coug to a little home cooking when we visit and the cozy living room and dining area are perfect for hanging out and watching a movie or playing cards. "We’ve stayed at the State Street Cottagw twice now and loved it both times. Really close to campus, so comfy and cozy and the kitchen is really well stocked. The owners are great and very easy to work with."

"Very nice unit with lots of room to spread out. King bed in bedroom is always a plus for me. Enjoyed the fireplace too. I also like that they do the dishes for you to ensure proper sanitation. Nice owner/manager who was very communicative."
