"I highly recommend Chris and Talia as hosts. They suggested places to go, and we took their advice. They were straightforward to communicate with if I had questions and quick responses. We were in the area for a wedding reception, and The Shed was a great place to retreat for some quiet time. I would give Talia and Chris ten stars if it were possible."

However I would like to bring to your notice that as the check in time was at 4 in the evening, that the checkout time should be at least a little bit later, or check in time to be 2 pm. "This property was perfect for a getaway few days with my daughter. The house was perfect and it was made so welcoming by property owners Crystal and Kelvin. Lots of personal touches (including breakfast food, and homemade soap to bring home 😊). The home is central to many great cafes and restaurants and close to some beautiful beaches. "I had the best 2 nights here - the chalet was clean and well stocked, down to the extra pillows, blanket, hairdryer and complimentary breakfast. The hot tub was delightful and just what I needed to fully unwind from the hustle and bustle of Auckland. This experience was such a breeze and I was undisturbed throughout my whole stay - I would highly recommend this place and will most definitely be back in winter to try the hot tub!!"
