“great hotel for the family”

good i liked and i recommend this hotel for the family and for the price is a bargain

“Hoping to go again soon”

The hotel was very nice and the pools were great. The service people were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. I found that even though they advertise they have more than 1 restaurant, that they only use two of them when they aren't busy and 1 week it was only buffet and then the second week it was only menu food and the menu was the same everyday for each meal. The food was good, but could use some more variety. They didn't have computers to use in the lobby but internet hookup only. All in all it was a good trip and I would go back to this hotel again.

Hotel was clean and neat everywhere, from the outside to inside. Beautiful setting! Had both marina and beach access. Found a perfect family vacation site.

“Great value”

The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and willing to help. The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the marina and near the ocean. Both hotel pools were spacious. The rooms were a little warm and they did not have any clocks, those were my only two "complaints." It is perfect for a couple, or individual, who does not plan to be in the room that often. I can't say enough about the friendly staff, especially the bell-hops!

“Best of Two worlds”

Grounds and pools were great!!!! It has the Marina side with beautiful $$$$$ yachts in basin and the beach side with ocean-front ameneties. The service and the people were outstanding,over the top(Robert at the desk at check-in;Mariano in guest services; Manuel and Jose in dining area;Ricardo in beach bar.The food was just ok,too much of same or similar. I did get sick on some of it(I narrowed to eggs-they don't refrigerate raw eggs and when over-easy?????) The drinks in the AI package were great!!!! No watered down liquor here, entertainers try hard to get things going but is mainly dependent on the guests.Overall, for the price,it was a great value. I have been to PV area 3 previos times at All- Inclusives, by far best value.

“Great food,location and safe...”

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big, the staff at the front counter are very pleasant specially Juan the tour salesman is the best if you need a good quality tour, he gets out of his way to help you... The only down side is that they do not have a internet room for the clients to use and do the early boarding. They have the WiFi in the whole hotel, but you need a printer to print your boarding passes. The 2 restaurants in the hotel are great food and the waiters fantastic, the only one that need a bit of improvement is the one that is in the beach side. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic and I am 100% sure we will go back to this place, the location is safe and the environment great.... We have a great Time.

The hotel staff and lobby area is both inviting and clean. The restaurant for supper was excellent. Breakfast which was included in our package was awesome. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is great and PV was awesome to go visit.

“Paradise”

The hotel has both access to the marina and to the ocean with pools, bars, and restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and took very good care of us. For the price it's by far one of the best places I've ever been and would recommend it to anyone. My company has had their vacation here the past 3 years and we couldn't be happier with the hotel and service. Great job and can't wait to go back!
