This property is very clean and kid friendly. The staff is just amazing at all levels. They all made me and my family feel at home. They were all so kind and friendly in every single interaction. The buffet was closed at 4 but the variety in food was great and yummy even as a vegetarian. The nightly entertainment was fun and very well done. I loved not having to make reservations for the theme restaurants as my kid is so unpredictable when it comes to what he wants to eat. My 5 year old love the kid pool, the gelato, air hockey room, the trampoline room, and the movie room. There was just so much to do and the staff again was just the best. I will be definitely be coming back here.

This hotel is excellent with outstanding staff and a fantastic variety of food options. It offers great areas for kids and plenty of amazing entertainment and shows. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and so where the veiws from the room. We reserved a Ruby Suite. We did not realize all the perks and a personally assigned butler (Rodrigo) who was absolutely perfect in meeting all our needs and wants. The food was great at all the restaurants and fantastic service from people like Jose, Julio, Hesev and especially hats off to Chef Israel wh made some of those tantalizing, decorative and delicious dishes we've ever experienced. I highly recommend The Sensira Resort and Spa not only for its reasonable pricing but you won't regret the decision.

The service was excellent. The buffet was delicious. Its only open for breakfast and dinner because the on site restaurants open for dinner. I would of preferred the buffet option for dinner to because i didn't feel like eating at one of the restaurants one evening after an excursion, so we ended up ordering room service, which was just as delicious. I would recommend this hotel and plan on going back when we plan our next vacation to Mexico

We had an amazing time at this resort. Happy also to hear that the owners are Mexican. Staff in general were super friendly and very helpful, the rooms are beautiful and clean. Pools were great and the proximity to the beach was excellent. Shout out to Serrato at the reception, Omar, Jonathan, Cinai, Alejandro in the pool area services and the aqua fitness instructors. They were great! Certainly will recommend this hotel to anyone.
