"This hotel is located in a Spanish colonial building that served as a boarding house for newly arrived Spaniards coming to Nueva Espana in the 1700s. Our room had 15' high ceilings and huge windows overlooking the street below. The bathroom was larger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in! While the amenities are very basic (weak wifi, old keys, flat pillows), the experience of staying in such a classic building outweighed any negatives. In addition, the price was very good. Highly recommended...

"Hotel del Paso was very comfortable. We were in town for a family emergency and this hotel was conveniently close to the hospital. The staff was very nice and helpful and never had an issue with any of them. The room was super clean and they would do a really good job at having it ready after a long day at the hospital."
