"This place is a hidden gem...I am normally hyper critical about places, but this place was incredible. Not fancy, which it does not try to be. From the minute we arrived till the second we left. The most helpful and friendly staff I have ever encountered and I travel quite allot. Amenities are well kept and available for use extended hours so you can actually enjoy them...but again, can't say enough about the staff. We come up here quite often, this is my new Go-To!!"

"The room was clean. Clearly not new, but clean. The bed was very comfortable (king bed ❤️) and lots of comfortable pillows. This was a non-smoking room, so it smelled nice. The A/C kept the room cool and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. We didn't use the breakfast amenities. We were very pleased and would stay here again."

"Sundance resort is beautiful! Nestled right up to the mountains with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottages and loved it going for a hike to the waterfalls right out our backdoor! Upon check-in unfortunately there was some used pool towels left in our room from the cleaning staff by accident, so they immediately moved us to another room, helped us move our bags and apologized profusely. No hotel is ever perfect, but they genuinely cared and acted quickly to move us. The cottage they moved us too was also a bit bigger and had beautiful views. Shout out to Tosh (or maybe Tash, unsure of spelling?) for helping us out that first night. Really made us feel cared for and appreciated given we were in town for a wedding and checked in during a rainy evening. Thanks so much! "
