The experience at check-in was excellent. There's evidently a candid effort from the staff at the front desk to go above and beyond. Genuinely friendly and attentive without being overwhelming or "cheesy" (as it does happen in some places where staff use canned greetings). In particular we want to commend Lilian as she seems to be fronting the whole thing by herself tirelessly for many straight hours and always with a positive attitude. Food at the Indian restaurant attached to the property was very good. Parking a bit tight in the evening but we found a place with not much trouble. Recommend this hotel.

This property needs room remodel. Toilet seat was for a round bowl and the towel had an oval bowl. Not very sanitary for usage. Bathroom was tired and old. Bed was okay.

The spa pool Jets don’t work well. The bathroom had an oval tank with a tiny round lid on it. And the sink mirror are is very small! Other than that this hotel is in a good area and the beds are nice.

The staff made us feel like we were a bother, and all we did was check in and check out. The hotel was nice, parking was very limited, they need more spaces as it shares a lot with another hotel. It is conveniently close to BYU which is why I chose this property as we were there for a track meet.

Room was a little dirty. There was long blond hair in our bathroom, which wasn’t ours. The AC unit was super loud, unable to sleep with the unit on. Staff was fantastic and the location is great for visiting BYU.

Clean place, nice and quiet. Bed was a little hard. Kept waking up with sore hips. (We're used to a mattress topper.) Breakfast was subpar. Fake "egg" omlettes are less than appealing. First day there was no sausage or bacon with it, just biscuits and gravy. No good options for us low carb/sugar folks. Bananas were turning black. Not just one or two of them, they were ALL black. Do you not even look at them before you set them out?

4 star price for a 2 star stay.
Great customer service but carpets and walls and floors throughout whole hotel are stained and filthy, tons of hair all over our bathroom, beds are old and uncomfortable, breakfast was a nice selection of old fruit. For the price charged the game really needs stepped up here.

This was or 2nd time staying at this Best Western. We chose it because it is centrally located with many conveniences very close by. The hotel itself is very quiet and clean with a serene patio that faces the woods and a small stream. we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Provo.

Fun stay
We have stayed here several times. This has been a great place for us. They finally have the hot tub fixed although the jets are really weak. It is in a great location and we love the bakery just outside the hotel.

Right across the street from Lavell Edwards Stadium and close to downtown Provo. Building well kept, but the walls are a little thin. Reasonably priced, and friendly front desk.

Carpets stapled and taped down and warn. Room was dirty and friend had dirty towels when checking in. Checkin process very slow with untrained desk clerk. The place needs better management I would call this hotel a Best Western minus, not a Best Western plus.

Check-in was very quick and easy and the staff was remarkable. The room is very clean, but it looks like there is a little bit of repair that needs done on carpeting and possibly spots on the wallpaper that need fixing but it was clean and very nice and quiet.
