Hotel is not the Ritz, but definitely is a very nice property! Very clean and in a nice area. Shopping areas and restaurants were all around. Breakfast options were great! We loved going to Shay…the hotel is very well located, the beach is just 5 minutes away across the hotel, the beach chairs facing the beautiful ocean and towels were very convenient you don’t need a car everything is walking distance. The taxi charges around $15 per person to the airport. Pearl our housekeeper was sweet and very friendly. We loved our stay!! We definitely will be back!!

I really liked the hotel. The staff at the front desk was helpful however i never had my safe working in my room yet they told me that it would be fixed. The housekeeping was constantly bringing towels that i didn't need. At 10:30 the day of my checkout i was interrupted on a conference call from a housekeeper who was asking me if i needed towels? Then she knocked again a half hour later asking me when i was i was leaving. Really BAD This hotel needs better customer service.

Great location, multiple restaurants within walking distance. Exterior of room door needed painting, otherwise room was beautiful. Prompt response from the front desk to our requests for more towels, toiler paper, etc. Overall a great stay for the price!
