“family friendly hotel”

The staff is always polite and accomodating. the rooms are clean and comfortable. The electric heat works well but is hard for me to get the right temps. I have stayed here many times and always find it the same.

The staff was extremely helpful, giving us directions printed to and from our destination. Room had faint must smell, but appeared clean. Nice for after a conert/game because of location.

good quiet place to stay. it is close to major highway connections and shopping. I did however find the heat difficult to control either too hot or a bit cool. Nice place and nice people

“Not Bad for the $$$$”

This a spur of the moment trip, and we had to leave first thing in the AM so we didn't want to spend too much $$$ since we were only going to be there for a few hours. The room was clean and the size was ok. The only complaint was that we had to put a $10 cash deposit for the remote control for the TV. I found it odd.

Room was very neat, clean, but smelled of smoking - I had requested a non-smoking room and the room was in fact labled as "non-smoking". I'd guess that some guests ignored this fact and smoked in the room. At about 10:30 the next morning, housekeeping was knocking at my door to do their service. Checkout was stated as 11:00. Why can't they wait till 11:00?
