"Coastal Suites is a reasonably priced hotel in a busy section of Wilmington. My only complaint is about noise in the vending/ice machine area which is quite loud in my room which was next to this area. On Wednesday evening someone was talking on his phone. Early Thursday morning some taking a large amount of ice from the machine. This noise was quite disturbing."

"Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean. Great water pressure and quick hot water, loved having the little kitchen area and coffee maker. Breakfast was just ok, but similar to other hotels - eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. Only issue was that I got bit by someone’s dog walking through the hallway! The Boardwalk with shops/restaurants are about 1.5 miles from the condo, be aware that parking at the Boardwalk is $9/hr +tax. Parking at the condo is free :).
