"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. "Like many properties in Florence, the rooms seem a little worn and do with a re-do. However the staff was great, and helpful, and the location very good. Overall we were happy with the choice. Polish up the rooms an bet and upgrade the pillows and linens and this would be 5 star. "
