"Parking Concerns: Initially, I had concerns about parking since the listing mentioned accommodation for up to 3 cars, but we had more. I reached out a week before the trip, but it took until the arrival date to confirm the maximum of 3 cars and provide an alternative parking site. Check-In Experience: Check-in was at 4 PM, but we arrived at 5:10 PM and found the housekeeper still cleaning. The housekeeper didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. "The cottage is spacious and inviting. You get a feeling that you are home and you can relax. Everyone had a smile on their face the entire vacation. Views of the sunrise each morning while we fished or drank coffee on the deck where magnificent. We could visit St. Augustine in 15 minutes which was nice. Great vacation!!!"

Appreciated laundry on each floor and all separate bathrooms. Overall it was worth the stay. (Minor issues were no broom/dustpan to clean up after kids, beach chairs were broken and unusable, fridge ice maker didn't work, cleaning crew not ready by 4 check-in time...)"

Please check them out before future families rent the property. The flooring on the first floor is very uneven, not sure if they had water down there. I would definitely rent this property again."

"This home-away-from-home is on the second floor. We enjoyed the deck with its panoramic view of the ocean as the pelicans flew over in formation. The apartment is clean and well stocked from shampoo to beach needs. There is an umbrella on the deck, but in May we hardly needed it, with ocean breezes. The sunrise is viewed from the deck, and we were blessed to view a full moon glistening on the water. In all, it is a very calm and peaceful abode. We highly recommend."
