This place was awesome from the amazing friendly staff to also being so close walking distance to 5th avenue festivities and as well as to the beach. Place was amazing! Tons of restaurants and bars everything is walking distance including a massive grocery store that has literally everything and well priced. Definitely will return. Oscar you da man!

The property was located just a few steps from all shopping and dining so that was great. The property on the other hand needs some repairs, for example the paint was chipping in the bathroom, the drain cover in the shower wasn’t screwed in and that’s just to name a few. But you get what you pay for so you just want a place to lay your head at during your trip this place is good for you since it’s far from luxury.

Very nice front desk staff. Largfe parking lot is secure and attached to the property. One block to the action on 5th Ave. Quality about what you would expect for a place that offers very inexpensive options. Large room and terrace.

Lovely Mayan hotel close to everything
Loved our stay with the location, staff and amenities. Jungle setting with pool was comfortable and lounge chair area to read and relax good. Noisy fridge was difficult to deal with when sleeping at night.

Nice spot
Stayed for a few days in February and would stay again. Place is older, but the courtyard/pool area is great. Right in town, but feels secluded. Great service by the man who checked me in.

Really old Hotel from the 80's
The hotel is pretty old, looks like no renovations have been carried on since its construction. TV device is a CRT my god from the 90's!!! Cleanness is fair. The worst of all is the internet, no freaking connection from the rooms, you need to go to the front yard to get a fairly decent signal.

Close to stores and La Quinta Avenida
Everything was great except that the AC in my room didn’t work and the technician never arrived to fix it. Also, for the price, they should have a little more than just toast and cereal with coffe or Juice!

Nice Mexican style hotel.
Nice place for the money. Nice pool. My suite was huge with a kitchen. Breakfast is bread and cereal.

said in Expedia description it was 6.1 miles from cancun airport in reality it was 35 miles and on top of it I was bitten by bed bugs and therefore when I got home I had to trash all my stuff so I wouldn't get bedbugs in my place. Awful experience never again....

This hotel may have been nice at some point in time, but it is run down and in need of some updating. Thee beds are quite uncomfortable, but the room has a fridge and sink and the bathrooms were ok. Small balcony and pool area was nice. There is an Oxxo right around the corner for drinks and snacks. We got this hotel at a great discount so we were ok with the stay but by no means would we ever pay regular price!

Most enjoyable stay I had on the trip!
I loved staying here! Couldn't be more satisfied with the hotel, staff, location etc. I am very impressed and the staff was always helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to be walking distance to the beach and 5th ave.

Terrible to have to deal with bedbugs the guy at the front desk was nice but who cares also the said the hotel was 6.7 miles from Cancun airport but it was over 30 miles away....disaster.

Cheap hotel. Nicely laid out with 2 bedrooms. Bathroom was dated but very clean. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff when we checked in and throughout the stay. We were only here one night as we were travelling, but if I was ever looking for an inexpensive hotel I would consider this one again. Pretty limited breakfast options- toast or cereal and orange juice but it did save us a trip to a restaurant!

Check in and room service
Check the rep had an attitude seemed bother when told, the slider door did not lock nor did the safe, short changed me with change to tip shuttle driver. The room was not cleaned one day, the TV was all latin. The room had a mildew odor. Linens appeared soiled. Breakfast was tight quarters, not a good selections. Day shift counter staff was excellen . I would recommend this property to others for benefit of day staff.

Worse hotel ever
We booked 6 nights in this hotel. We chose this place because it was really cheap and the pictures looked good. We knew the nights were not refundable but we trusted the pictures and some of the reviews we saw. The place ended up being one of the worst we had seen in our lives. Nothing to do with the pictures. Really old furniture. Everything really dirty. We found a huge cockroach in our bed. We left after the first night. We didn't get our money back but we didn't care. We recommend to never stay there.

Small quite hotel.
The hotel is small and quite. Close to everything. Although there is not a lazy river like Expedia advertised my wife send I still enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel. With some issues.
Very spacious room. Good location...close to the strip and beach. The construction across the street is a little loud in the morning. Main problem was the bed. We think there are bed bugs. Lots of bites.

Everything you need.
Let me start by saying that I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quaint hotel. It had all the essentials that one needs to travel. Especially if you are going on tours and exploring around and don't plan on just chilling at the hotel. If you are interested in tours ask Jeanette because she really will give you the best deal, and she's really sweet. The hotel staff even helped with my mothers make-up for a my cousins wedding that we were attending on valentines day! Very nice.

Nice place, considering the price
When we got to the hotel at 2:30 the room wasn't ready, and it took them almost a whole hour to prepare it. There was also a noise of some water pump in the room. But considering the price- it was a nice place in a nice location. There was no noise from the street, so I would recommend it to those who want a nice place in a low budget.

Nice hotel next to the beach. However the European 2 beds and sofa bed were not comfortable. Only one private room, the other bed is on a hard flat surface, the folding sofa is uncomfortable. There was mildew on the walls, the bathroom did not have the towel bar to hang towels. the kitchen sink and bathroom sink and shower walls did not look super clean at all. There were spotted and unshinny. When we wanted to move into another room front office declined stating hotel was booked. Upon stating we would leave we were showed 4 other rooms. We took a better one, but mildew was still present in the room. We found a huge bug and the walls had mildew stains and odor in the first room.
