"I would 100% stay here again. Prefect location only blocks away from Yale University. Convenient and walkable to lost of attractions. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar on the 19th floor with a beautiful view of Yale Campus. Some reviews stated the decor was dated so I was a bit apprehensive, but I was pleasantly surprised. True, the underground parking garage is a bit tight but parking overnight was only $25 and that's a deal where I come from. Plus I got a great room rate on Expedia."

It’s downtown New Haven so it’s to be expected, but we didn’t know there was an attached parking garage available, so we walked a block to another garage. "Room was not as advertised. Pictures dont match at all. Was supposed to be a king size bed, was a full size bed. Floor was sticky in multiple spots & the inside of fridge was dirty. Ended up driving 2 hours home after a concert & didnt stay the night the room was so gross."

"I stayed with my family for one night and hotel was clean and rooms and bathroom were good size except I wish they maintained the pool a little better as many of them couldn’t swim as it had too much chlorine and was making my kids eyes red and itchy. It’s little disappointing, Specially when you try to book a hotel that has a pool and the pool is not maintain well. I am glad I included the breakfast package and it was really nice space to enjoy the hot breakfast. Overall it was a good stay."
