Was a really great time the staff was really nice hotel was really clean the pool was a great area as well the food was great prices were affordable and had a lot to do there on site didn't really have to go much places to find something to do their activities are top notch

We were very excited to stay at this hotel and came in with high expectations. The first thing I disliked was being told I had to wear an uncomfortable plastic wrist band during the entire stay. These open your room doors and reception was unable to give any other type of key or card. Next, the room wasn't super clean, mainly dust. We overlooked it. The beds were clean and that was most important. The vending machine on our floor was out of all waters or Powerade. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the rooms. You're expected to share a community microwave with the rest of the floor. This doesn't work for us with a food allergy (not to mention it's just gross). But the main problem we had, and the reason we packed up at 10pm and drove home all night, is the noise. The parking lot was loud and able to be heard through the 5th floor windows. There were TONS of people running up and down the halls yelling and playing tag. Teens were sitting in the hall outside the rooms talking at all hours. The quiet times are supposed to be 11-7. After sleeping horribly the first night we didn't want that to happen again, hence the late night drive home. Desk personnel seemed unsympathetic when she asked how our stay was and I told her we were leaving early because of the noise. The arcade and duck bowling were fun and nice to have on property. Unfortunately we would not return to this resort.

We came in an “off season” in April so I understood more since the pool was just opened, but there wasn’t enough staff to accommodate the kiddy pool and slide, and we had one nice day where it didn’t rain and our kids had to wait a couple hours. We also went to a couple events and story time and no one was around, so I’m not sure if they just cancelled events, but that would be my only comment on the facility. Everything else was fine.

We have not stayed here in a while. They have added on a lot of fun stuff to do. The kid/family activities are amazing the staff really make it fun. It was a little chilly the first 2 days we participated in most of the activities. The outside pool is still the same and still a lot of fun. Our room was one of the 4bunk beds, which the kids loved and so did we that left the main area for the adults. The little scavenger hunt in the room ended quickly because of the 18 year old, it was still fun Their sister location was normal our go to their indoor pool is very nice. Country cascade will be our new favorite

Our kids had the best time! Arcade, dance parties every night & several children’s activities daily. Ice cream shop, pizza place, breakfast rest all on site! Not to mention the water slides, pool & kiddie water play center which my 4 & 7 year old loved! Only downfall was huge chorus group had some teens on our floor & they were very loud nightly & we could def hear them late at night.

I wish we had better weather to utilize the pool and slides more, but there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. The hourly events, treats, food and arcade onsite made it a great stay.
