"Our entire experience from check in to check out was 5*! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon trip to crete and they went above and beyond to make this a special stay for us. From a room upgrade, to a gift bag with local treats to offering us late check out. The breakfast included in our stay was fantastic! Really got a taste for the cretan cuisine. Their resturants served delicious food with an authentic vibe. Thank you for a memorable stay."

Occasionally the sewer smell which is not their fault but the fault of the town. What they attend to it right away when there is the smell.
