Located on the water overlooking Pauanui estuary overlooking the beautiful Tairua hills and a short walk to the beach. Next to a playground and a 5 minute walk to the shops, cafes / restaurants, supermarket. Nearby attractions include minigolf, Pauanui club, golf course, airstrip, beach, ferry to Tairua and waterways.

A large family friendly house on a full section with an accommodating outdoor entertaining area.

Second stay at this well maintained property with wonderful features to sustain a wide age range of family. Beautiful setting close to the estuary and playground, with safe pathways to the waterways, shops, tennis courts and skatepark.

Magic Getaway!
The property was perfect for our extended family. The studio gave the 'older' members a quiet sanctuary when needed. The room configuration worked perfectly, as the rooms were spacious etc. The position of the home was wonderful as we were able to spill out to the playground and estuary on our doorstep.

Amazing house, our third time returning, love the addition of the air con unit for hot afternoons. Excellent location, spacious with everything on hand. Only downside is the lack of wifi, otherwise perfect.

Amazing holiday!
Our second time staying at this house and we have already booked for next year too. Fabulous location, easy access to the estuary and a playground at the bottom of the section. The extra fridge in the garage is very handy to have and the kids bunk room is very spacious and doubles as a playroom. Super clean, tidy and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
