"This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

"We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. We had a wonderful time and were treated like family. Thanks so much! We lover the Oriental!"

We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there. "A first stay with my spouse in this Centara hotel. Services provided by hotel staff, from check-in to housekeeping, were excellent. Location of hotel is good and convenient. Hotel is connected to CentralWorld mall. Getting to Siam BTS station is approximately 10 minute walk. To avoid rain and overhead sun, from hotel to SIAM BTS station, the walk path via the connecting mall helps. Room is clean and comfortable. Definitely will return to this hotel to stay again."
