This is a new hotel that is near the train and bus station. Some other reviewers wrote that it was in a bad part of town. We disagree. We felt safe and it was a quick walk to the city center and shopping.
It was clean and a nice decor.
We hope to visit Parma again and would plan to stay here again.
"Great location in center of town & train station"
Great place to stay for a night or more in a wonderfully walkable historic city but Pricy. Asked for twin beds in reservation but they didn't read the request so we had to take the king bed. Great bathroom, airy bedroom, nice furnishings. Restaurant attached.
Looked like breakfast included from the listing but only in the summer as we actually got there in September.

I chose this hotel based on its closeness to the rail station and the price, but was very pleasantly surprised by how excellent it was. Extremely nice room, the biggest bathroom I've had throughout my travels in Italy, excellent breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff. Have already recommended the hotel to friends.

Parma enjoys one of the nest quality of life in Italy and this hotel contributed to ours. Easy to find near the center but on a quiet and broad avenue where parlking is easy. Our room was well appointed large and overlooking a small patio. The reception was competent and breakfast tasteful.
Among the many sights, our favorite is the XII-XIIth century Battistero with its superp architecture sculptures and fresco by Antelami. Compares well with those in Pisa, Florence, Padova and Ravenna.
We stayed for 3 nights in late July. Notwithstanding it was summer the hotel was very quite and on the last night we were the only ones staying! The rooms are smallish but presented as new and the bathroom was the best we had in our three weeks in Italy. Good buffet breakfast with standard offerings.
"Good for getting about and close to the autoroutes"
From the start the staff were friendly and when we found our charger was good in France but not Italy, they let us borrow a personal one. Open and hospitable with good rooms. The air on was not the greatest but it did not detract from the visit at all.
