You can stay in a shipping container! It's a fun unique experience and they try to limit their environmental footprint. It caters to the backpacker sort of people so the rooms are very basic and there's an nice outside area with chairs and a deck where you can hang out and have drinks with others.
My room had a bed, wardrobe, desk, TV (but you had to provide Netflix or videos), and a bathroom with a nice shower. Like a hotel, there was free WiFi, soap and shampoo, and towels.
The downsides were the hotel was starting to show its age a little bit and fixtures were getting loose in the walls (like the towel rack) and the little AC unit wasn't strong enough to cool down the room in the heat of the day. But I spent most of my time out of my room so it didn't bother me.
