"What I first noticed, that it was an older building but how well maintained it was. The staff was friendly and I found my translator (as I don't speakSpanish) was a must. I found that Talking translator was a great option for me. If you download it, you'll see why The cleaning staff was great. My room was always neat and tidy and they were very friendly. I was located on the 5th floor and my cleaning lady was very attentive with a great personality. Thank you"

"Decent hotel! Check-in was a breeze and staff were always helpful and pleasant! Loved that there was a convenience store across the street! Pool area can get crowded so more pool chairs needed! Breakfast should be included in the price/complimentary as the buffet offerings were a little limited. Not the best views from the hotel room - it is opposite a multi-storey residential complex that is not the most well-kept. Room was dark and needs better lighting. Nice views from the rooftop pool...
