Their service orientation was so impressive. The hotel itself is gorgeous, in a quiet but convenient location, and we loved the rooftop pool area. "The staff was incredibly helpful with our party of 9 and all our activities. The hotel location was great for walking the old part of town and the shopping streets. Rooms were well appointed and nicely sized. Though very up-to-date, the hotel also felt cozy—a nice combination."

"This is an excellent hotel for anyone visiting Palma, but particularly for those who like the art work of Joan Miro. His paintings are reflected in various ways throughout the hotel but also nearby are 1) the Miro Foundation, where you can see not only multiple artworks by Miro, but also his studios, which are fascinating; and 2) the Marivant Palace Gardens, where there are 12 Miro sculptures well situated at different points around the beautiful, peaceful gardens. "Loved the style of the property. Room was okay, nice and clean, shower & toilet new and fresh. Only problem was on the steps(2 of) to the shower (I was in room 19) there is a sharp piece of pipe protruding from the riser and it caught my bare foot and made a bad cut. I'm only raising this as I left early in the morning and could not relay the message. Hopefully this can be made safe for future visitors."
