Their service orientation was so impressive. The hotel itself is gorgeous, in a quiet but convenient location, and we loved the rooftop pool area. My friend and I were thrilled as soon as we stepped into the beautiful courtyard entryway, and our stay just got better and better after that. I cannot rave enough about our stay...

"This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect....
