After a long journey spanning 539 miles, I arrived at a Hilton hotel with high hopes of a comfortable and welcoming stay. However, my experience at the front desk quickly turned sour, leaving me deeply disappointed.
Upon reaching the hotel, I approached the front desk with anticipation, eager to check-in and unwind after hours of travel. To my dismay, the receptionist’s demeanor was anything but welcoming. Instead of a warm greeting, I was met with a cold and indifferent attitude, which immediately dampened my spirits.
As I proceeded with the check-in process, I encountered a issues with my reservation that should have been resolved smoothly. However, the staff appeared unprepared and lacked the necessary efficiency to handle the situation promptly.
This was our 5th hotel in 5 days and the only one we have a bad experience
