"We were a group of 4 staying for 4 nights for Coachella, it was a bit tight but we were able reasonably comfortable and reception was helpful with giving extra blankets. Our room was in Jasmine Ct which was a quick shuttle ride away from the main reception area, and a bit quieter and had fewer people in the pool / hot tub / gym areas. Room was clean and had utensils and appliances that we needed (microwave, coffee machine, etc.) and the location was convenient with many restaurants / stores...

"Property was great.. communication between Expedia (Vrbo) and Marriott was poor. I received a message saying to check in at the Marriott dessert Springs resort front desk through Vrbo, upon arrival, I was told that i was at the wrong location and that I needed to check in at the Marriot Villas so we loaded up and drove to the other location. Also our checkout time through Expedia was listed as 11 am. I had the cleaning lady show up at our door this morning saying that check out was at 10 AM...

"Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay.
