"Our stay was lovely. This hotel is located in the middle of Oía but low enough down off the main walkway that it’s quiet and private, also the view is spectacular with nothing between the pool deck and the water. Everyone was very kind and helpful, breakfast was great (served on our private terrace). Full disclosure there are a lot of stairs down to the hotel from the Main Street but this wasn’t a downside and kept the space private from the millions of people trying for the perfect picture. Highly recommend this place. "

"An absolutely outstanding hotel that tops all resorts or villas from around the world. From the moment of pick-up from the airport to the second we left, you feel the thoughtfulness, luxury and superiority. Location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the carpark area and next to the center of Oia. The view is gorgeous, though that’s not unique as most resorts on Santorini enjoy the view, it’s the design, the vibe and the quietness that Charisma offers really differentiate. Food: 5/5 1. Welcome drink at reception- fresh & cold lime drink 2. Welcome drink fruit platter - nice white wine and fruit platter kept in two glass jars for freshness and flexible time to enjoy 3. Breakfast at own balcony - luxury varieties, rich portion, high quality and fresh. Room & Amenities: 5/5 1. Very spacious clean room 2. Bath area with nice take away Bvlgari amenities, and shower area with high quality Apivita 3. Bed - very comfy 4. Air-conditioning- easy and well control. As it’s a cave room, naturally comes with coolness Staff: 5/5 Very friendly, considerate and cheerful Experience: 5 /5 Well worth the money! For sure will stay at Charisma at my next visits."

"This hotel was perfect ! The room I booked was the city view. And man it was gorgeous. It looked cave like. When we opened our door it was access to the pool , felt like it was our personal one. The rooms are super clean , workers are extremely nice. Breakfast is great. 8am -11am which I think is very accommodating for sleepers lol. If you have a later flight they will hold your luggage for you and you can still roam around. This hotel is a 20 min walk to all the restaurants, clubs shopping areas , etc."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving. Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Santorini!!! "

"Fantastic place, lives up to its reputation. The staff there couldnt have been more friendly, Mike behind the bar is a star and the guys down the beach were very helpful, Alex and Jimmy (didn't get the rest of the guys names) but always there when you need them. Ended up booking some extra time there as is was so good."
