Fantastic stay!

What a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We had a great stay! Rooms are big and have everything you need. The staff are incredibly attentive and nice! They will even bring coffee to your room in the morning. Breakfast is included and is quite good! You cannot beat this location as you are practically on the beach and can walk to tons of shops and restaurants!

This hotel was good for our stay in Naxos. It has a great location next to the beach. The staff are great and make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are good size and well appointed. Only negatives we had were the mattress was too firm for our taste. We thought some odd choices were made to seem fancy such as electronic adjustable bed and a bidet toilet, but we would forego those things for a softer mattress and linen. Overall it is a great place to stay and we would stay there again if we went to Naxos.

I stayed 5 days with my partner and it was an amazing experience. The facilities are great, specially the rooftop pool. The rooms are very clean, the food of the restaurant is amazing but what sets this place on another level it's the people working there. Everyone is incredibly nice and attentive, especially Stefanos and Christos. We went on a half board reservation and every day we were greeted both for breakfast and dinner by them, they recommended us plates in the hotel restaurant, were available for any special request and treated us like royalty. Also they recommended plans and things to visit for our whole time there. If I come back to Naxos, I'll sure be going again to this hotel.

overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, this property is falsely marketed as a five star hotel. I would estimate as closer to a three star. It is old, outdated, and the quality of linens were poor. That is clearly totally fine however it should not be advertised as something that it’s not. It is overrated, and very expensive for what you receive.

Staff at the hotel is excellent. We visited quite a few cities in Greece, hospitality is definitely in the top 3. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the facility, bath tub is a little dirty, there are some black moldy thing around the rim. Hotel in general seems dated, wall paints color is starting to fade. One of the main reason for low rating is it's a 5 star hotel and facility does not match it. I would give a higher rating if it's more accurate. More like a 3-4 star hotel to me. I understand some of the determination for 5-star is 24 hour receptionist, etc. but..
