"We loved this hotel! The location is very convenient and within walking distance to many points of interest, shopping, eateries, etc. The bed was comfy and shower great. Each floor has its own scent and theme which were a nice touch. We stayed on the pepper floor. As Americans, we also appreciated the concierge walking us to our room to show us how to use their air conditioning system to make sure we were completely comfortable. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night.
