"We loved this hotel! The location is very convenient and within walking distance to many points of interest, shopping, eateries, etc. The bed was comfy and shower great. Each floor has its own scent and theme which were a nice touch. We stayed on the pepper floor. As Americans, we also appreciated the concierge walking us to our room to show us how to use their air conditioning system to make sure we were completely comfortable. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....

"I will definitely come back!! The staff members were really friendly. I have got a welcome drink on the first night which was really nice. Breakfast variety was plenty. The design of the room reflects the winery itself. There is plenty of place to store things. The good thing is there is a door separate the bedding area and bathrooms. There is 4 bathrooms to share in a 14-bed dorm and i never need to wait for a second to use it."

"The staff was great! They responded to all my messages promptly and were very nice to us throughout the stay. The location is perfect! Just a step away from the subway station and lots of restaurants and shops around. Highly recommend dinning at the Herdade 1980 restaurant at Mercado Bolhão (just a block away). The apartment was very clean and spacious, just the sofa bed is quite hard (says my 13 yo).We definitely recommend this property."
