"The Walsh's home is a perfect haven. Everything was exactly as noted with beautiful details to all the remodeling done. The location is on a relatively quiet road that is about 2 miles from end to end and makes a perfect walk in the AM or PM. You may have a few sheep or others who demand a photo or two. Short distance to Cong and Ballinrobe, Oughterard, and Maam area are lovely to explore. Michael stays in contact as needed as well as gives you space to explore. I will return, hopefully!"

"We enjoyed a lot our stay in Aine´s house. The house is confortable and spacious. The kitchen is big and convenient, close to the terrasse. The hot tub was appreciated at the end of the day. "We absolutely loved Brownstone Lodge. Perfect location near Lough Carra in County Mayo. We were able to do some fishing when the weather allowed. The remoteness of the location was amazing, so quiet and so peaceful. And the lodge was well stocked, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the company of our caretakers and they made sure that we had everything that we needed. We had a lovely time and we cannot wait to come back!"

"A couple of miles from historic Cong. The main house is also a B&B. Everything was as advertised. It would have been nice if the big drip coffee maker worked (no filter papers and not sold in the local store). Cong itself is well worth exploring with its ancient ruins and good walking trails."

Finola was a very gracious host, who provided a wealth of recommendations for things to do and see in the area.
