Prior to check in I was told there would be a security deposit which was not included in the booking information on Expedia. Upon arriving and checking in, I had to wait at the desk for someone to come and when he finally did, I indicated that I had a hearing disability. The front desk person ignored that and did business as if he never heard me say that. I had to second guess everything he said. Several minutes to get checked in, one card did not work on the door and was put in a recycled holder with a different room number. When entering the room, there were multiple stains on the carpeting and peeling wallpaper. The door did not close securely and had a gap along the edge which I could see the hallway. None of the lights were plugged in. Toliet had very weak flushing power. No soaps or shampoo for the room. Luckily I had my own from other hotel stays. Towel I grabbed first had a questionable brown stain on it so I grabbed a second one and that was frayed along one edge. I needed a place to stay for a quick sleep before moving on. Would never stay at this place again nor bring family there.
