Would not recommend this Inn to anyone, find somewhere else if you can! Checking in was easy and was the only good part of this experience. The elevators were broken, we were on floor 3 of the far end of the inn so it was a long walk and then we had to go up the stairs which were hot and smelly. On our way to the stairs there was garbage on tables, a full glass bottle of juice broken on the floor, what looked like white food mashed into the carpet and a leaking cealing. The coffee machine was out of order, and the lounge and restaurant were both closed as well. Now on the room. There’s no working phones to call the front desk. Our room smelt SO bad. It was an awful musty smell, we had to go buy some air freshener to help. The a/c didn’t work very well & was really loud so it was hot all night. The shower didn’t drain while you were in it and was hard to use, awful pressure & the plate behind the knob wasn’t screwed to the wall. Overall it was an awful stay but luckily it was for only one night.

What is advertised online in photos is just a gimmick. False advertising at its finest. It's more like a ghetto motel than an 'Inn and Suites". Furniture was scratched up and obviously old, wall paper was buckled and peeling in some areas. The bottom part of the bathroom door was cracked and splintered across and carpet stains were everywhere. A king size mattress was slapped on top of two two size box springs. We had.a "Holiday Inn" phone in the room that did not work, two towels, two toilet paper rolls, and one tiny soap was given for toiletries. The water collected while showering and the towel holder rod fell off while trying to grab a towel. No vending machine area, the back exit door was unlocked 24/7 so anyone can get inside. Staff were friendly but the quality of the building and rooms were poor. If you're desperate and need a place, then go for it. But personally, I will not be returning.

Their elevator was out of service and wish they had stated so. They booked us top floor level and had to use the stairs which was filthy and smelly. Parked in the rear was dark with no light was unsafe. Checked out early hopefully they will refund us. Would not recommend anyone.
