The only drawback was the city's construction in front of the hotel. made entering and exiting a little tricky.

This was a great hotel, I was in town for the weekend and ended up getting very sick and stayed in the hotel the entire time.The room was clean and comfortable and felt very safe.

We enjoyed our stay in Seal Beach. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the fresh fruit, hashbrowns, and eggs. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay at the Ayres Hotel again.

“Nice quiet hotel”

I was hoping for a quiet weekend and I got it. The rooms were clean and exactly as advertised. Overall the hotel is very quiet when you are in your room you can't hear voices through the wall which was a huge plus. The staff were helpful and I will be staying there again.

I booked this hotel strickly from Expedia reviews. I rely on them. Most everyone was right. This hotel was fantastic! The front desk attendants were gracious and helpful, the rooms were both beautiful and comfortable, very quiet hotel, AND THE BREAKFAST-------WOW! I was extremely pleased with this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again. It was the highlight of our vacation! We stayed at a few more hotels during our stay in Calif. Nothing else compared to the Ayers!! Thank you for a wonderful stay at an affordable price.

Room was excellent. Clean nicely decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was excellent. There was something everyone would eat. They would make special orders also. Would definitely stay again.

“Superb Value”

This is a great hotel for business or pleasure. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, with a convienent mini frig and microwave. The toilet/bath is seperate, which is great when traveling with another. The beds are just as comfortable as any 5 star. The complimentry breakfast is more thean just muffins. a solid, simple little buffet with omlets to order For me the location is extremely advantageous for both personal and business reasons.

“Was completely impressed”

This is one of the nicest places that I have Stayed in a while..The rooms were super . I can't say I didn't sleep for the bed. I didn't want to get out of It. It had a pillow top with a feather blanket oh so nice. You couldn't hear the neighbors. The halls were well lite and clean.
