"The Atta Terrace is a fantastic property that has superb views and facilities. The butler service will go out of their way to help you with any requests. I had a couple of issues, mostly down to translation issues as I don’t speak Japanese but they were sorted extremely promptly. One point of note is that the Fine Dining restaurant requires a shirt and as I’d been travelling for 8 weeks I didn’t have one so couldn’t dine in the restaurant. However they have a shuttle service to a sister hotel...

"Clean and suitable for families"

"Nice and clean,enjoyed the spa,little bit small beach but there is public one in walking distance. "

"1.5 hrs from Naha ( downtown/ airport) , super nice beach front and nice local restaurants closeby (walking distance). Hotel aged and well kept. Need to plan ahead for airport transportation cause airport limousine bus runs only 4 times daily and you will need private taxi if you have early flight leaving which cost you a fortune. Good place to for staycation and honeymoon. Limited choice of restaurants, only one Japanese and the other one is buffet restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

"It is a beautiful area with lots of great options for families. I think the property was a bit dated, though, and could use some upgrades. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean and provided plenty of space for my wife and I, along with our 2 sons."
