"Staff not very helpful to address defficiencies , remote not working . TV not working . Needed to turn off a/C so it could work a few hours, pillows thin as paper, housekeeping is extremely noisy at very early morning hours over all hotel needs renovations..pool was always dirty bugs and debris floating around"

"Cleanest hotel I have been to in Harlingen. The staff definitely made you feel like family. They have an enclosed court yard with fenced in pool, they kept clean and grass was immaculate compared to the area. Room was clean, carpets looked great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone if travels put them in this area."
