"Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. "The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. "It's a great location and they have a parking lot on the back side of the hotel for 20 BGN day. You can go in and out freely. The sheets and towels were clean. The mattress cover under the sheet was filled with hair. Yuck. Also the lounge chair was dirty and worn. Also yuck. They could also clean the carpets. Otherwise for a 3 star hotel, it's very good. "
