"We have stayed at many VRBOs and rental homes over the years, and the Bella Villa is one of the best! John is a thoughtful and responsive host. The apartment is surrounded by the character of Little Italy and is convenient to public transit and all the offerings of the Chicago area. The unit itself is very well appointed and filled with lots of little extras that make it extra special. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!"

"Location, location, and location GREAT Couple of blocks from Wrigley field. There was no place to sit and have a conversation or eat. A small table with chairs would be nice. Since there is no table it would have been nice to have a TV in both bedrooms. The bathroom is so spacious and the shower is wonderful. We loved it. Excellent location (not in the HEART of action but close enough)- walking distance to El, coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and boutiques. City parking. "This location is perfect for games at Wrigley. The Metro station is 3 blocks away. This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. When we arrived the carbon monoxide monitor was beeping and needed new battery. A call to the owner got a new carbon and smoke detector installed promptly. Great customer service. "The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris.
