"There was a roach present at the time of our stay and my daughter got bitten, which resulted in swollen and watery bumps on her legs. This was our second time here, and when the name was Aston, there were no issues, but this time there was just the roach; however, the staff were very helpful and checked on us."

"The restroom has no ventilation so it was super hot in there all the time, rooms are way to small if you have two beds in one room, also was very disappointing that the jacuzzi heater wasn’t working so the water was very cold."

"We love this place and we would stay again love that they have complementary breakfast and the breakfast was delicious if we wouldn’t have had breakfast and had to purchase I think we would’ve spent more money going out and eating, but it was very delicious varied day by day coffee was very very good. Eggs different sausage types, potatoes, fruit, salad, they just have a big variety of things. The stay was absolutely amazing very comfortable beds. They even offered an extra bed like a twin and that helped a lot. They do have a laundry room in the basement and that came in handy after a seven day trip. we did get the balcony ocean view and that was nice to wake up to. The hotel is literally two minutes from the beach and they would offer us beach towels that was amazing. They do also have a pool which we also took advantage of. water and microwaves are available. water stations throughout the hotel was great. This place was amazing and would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone that is wanting a hotel with everything. the staff was very helpful very nice knowledgeable and always lending a hand. Would recommend this 1000%"

"The location was perfect, very close to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There's lots of construction going on inside the resort so prepare for scaffolding everywhere. Also the pool is soooo small. Another con is there are no microwaves in your room, and the resort does not have room service, so weird. I gave 3 stars because the rooms are outdated. Definitely needs to be repainted or wallpapered. On a positive note, the beds and linens are super comfy."

"Way too noisy with elevators constantly beeping. Unfriendly staff but this seems to be because of poor management. Never write reviews but this one needs warning. Stay away"

"It is a very nice hotel and close to everything. We booked an economy room but it ended up being fine. We weren’t in the room very much. The pool is small on property but nice. Also just a tip. For a much better price than the airport you can rent a car from Hertz or I believe Dollar across the street at the Hyatt Regency. It saved us 200$ for the week"
