"To start, the room I selected and paid for was not the room that was delivered upon arrival. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they offered to move me; however, the attendant assisting me, whose name I believe was Noloia, was dismissive and argumentative throughout the entire interaction.
I later spoke with the manager, Dino, who was much more understanding and accommodating. While I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help, the underlying issue was never fully resolved.
Beyond that, room service and housekeeping were inconsistent, with cleaning being hit-or-miss during my stay. The breakfast offerings were bland and mediocre at best.
Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again and would caution others before spending their hard-earned money here. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations."
