"Upon arrival the room dirty, 2 dead cockroaches. Couch with a dirty spot with pubic hair, ceiling fan very noisy, empty refrigerator. Manager Brenda offered to give us a ride back to the airport free of charge for all the inconveniences. But on the day we left we told manager Brenda to get us the ride and she said “what are you talking about “? She said she never said anything. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT COMING BACK.THANK YOU BRENDA. They never fixed anything."

"My check-in experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that BON Hotel was under renovation and that I would not be staying at the hotel I had booked. Instead, I was assigned to Grand Luxxe. Unfortunately, the room I received was not clean upon arrival. There were dirty lamps, stained bedding, and other cleanliness issues that made the room unacceptable. I reported these problems immediately and was told that a deep cleaning would be performed, but the issues were not properly resolved. We also had to wait a long time for the bedding to be replaced, and even the replacement bedding had stains. On the third day, we were moved to another suite that was cleaner, but this required us to pack and unpack all of our belongings again, causing significant inconvenience during our vacation. Being relocated from the hotel I originally booked, combined with the cleanliness issues and repeated room problems, negatively affected our stay from the very beginning. This experience did not meet the standards we expected for the amount we paid. "

"The resort itself is excellent. However, if you have serious food allergies like I do, I’d be careful. Lots of stuff was labeled as GF or DF and I could clearly see that it had milk or bread. I think it’s fine if you are extra aware. I told staff multiple times and I still had several allergic reactions. Other than that, this resort is my favorite."

"I would recommend to confirm the booking and prices with the property. Have a confirmation with the property. I booked through expedia and owed the property the remaining amount when arrived at check in. The property did not have the correct information took over 3 hrs to check in. The property overcharged when checking in than emailed 1 day later saying we still had an outstanding bill. I contacted expedia who confirmed All the amounts charged and received. Than to find out the $500us credit per room is not a credit they are coupons that have stipulations on using them. I had to wait to get home to clear everything with expedia and to be credited the over payments back and the false advertising of the $500us. The resort took no accountability and blamed expedia. The pool/restaurant staff were polite- food was good. The room was average."
