There was no staff at the property. There was no internet service (though when contacted, the management said to try to log on to the adjacent rooms - which didn’t work,). They would not come to fix the problem. There was no maid service.

The Great Gatsby had an interesting vibe. Although the rooms are small they’re nicely appointed and well kept. Northville is a gem! Great dining and shopping. The Great Sacandage lake is amazing!

Staff is on the premises 24/7. Website says check in is 3-5pm. This is not true, she is there just call the number. I will stay again. Wish it wasn’t so expensive for this area, it is a little pricey for Northville it’s not Saratoga.

Only complaint was that the window shades did not adequately block out the street light outside, nor the light outside the door. So the room was not very dark for sleeping.

AMAZING boutique inn! The pictures do not do justice to the quality of this renovation. Everything is beautifully, tastefully and luxuriously executed … all the way down to gold monogrammed linens, pillows, towels and robes. Absolute brilliance. Bright, and comfortable.
