Our room had a bed that was broken. The sink only dispersed hot water for the majority of the time. The dining is sometimes open and sometimes closed... no communication of when they would be closed. Short staffed hotel. Does not live up to Marriott standards

The property is mixed with condos and have a complex layout… the property has limited amenities and subpar for the brand reputation. Just a regular hotel room no wow factors.

Good hotel right across from Georgetown
This is a very nice hotel. The only downside is parking. Find a street spot for free during certain hours or park in the lot at $40 a day. The hotel is nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Easy to get around just walk in go to the lobby then from there u take a second elevator to your room

This hotel is located conveniently to Arlington national Cemetary where we layed wreaths for our fallen soldiers. When we arrived the reception clerk was cold and mostly uninformative. He appeared to be annoyed with having to check us into the hotel. When asked about parking he waved his hand and said " two driveways down on the left...it's public parking"; not what I expect from what's indicated as a high end hotel. Rooms had little accomodations, no microwave or refrigerator and certailnly not enough charging outlets, 1 by the bed, for our devices. Only good thing was that McDonalds was across the street.

Hotel staff made sure my stay was great and was very courteous. Hotel room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Any issues that arose they were quick to respond. I will stay at this hotel again in the future.

There were a few technical issues with the heat but the staff was very attentive. The rooms were dim even with the lighting. It’s an older building though so some of this is to be expected

Great hotel stay!
My stay over all was amazing, the staff were very friendly and adhered to all of my needs! However, the railing in the shower is tarnishing and a blue tint stained my wife’s and I washcloths. This was very disappointing; The ac unit was running oddly because at certain points the air would be on then suddenly without changing the temperature manually, the heat would come on. I didn’t like this at all, maintenance did come take a look because at one point the heat wasn’t working at all. However, the flip flop temperature was not pleasant. I would recommend with those concerns being addressed, staying at this hotel. I definitely would return! Thank you.

I did not like that the Hotel does not have its own parking lot and because of that it is an additional expense if you want to stay there.

We had an incredible view of the Potomac but my personal favorite, I view of Georgetown! It made my heart happy to open the blinds and see my alma mater looking back. The staff was super friendly and even helped us check in early. Everything was so seamless. I will definitely stay there again!

Hotel staff was all very helpful and welcoming. Doug at the bar was fun to talk to. Only thing I wish they had was a mini fridge in room. Other than that all was great!

We arrived and notice the sink has problems for water drainage, we needed to use restrooms we have to call 2x and wait about 30-40 mins to fix, they give us WC or handicapped room don’t know why, we had wedding there is no place in bathroom to get ready, no outlet near mirror in the room I had very difficult time to get ready, the complimentary water in room already opened, and at the end the did not asked us how was your room, which is very common to get feedback as you checkout, I don’t recommend this hotel, much better hotel options in DC with the same price range
