"We normally travel in a motorhome and don't stay in hotels much. But we had a short trip, so decided to stay at Spark by Hilton in Winchester, VA. We had stayed there before. The room was very nice but was surprised by the lack of a electrical outlet next to the bathroom sink for an electric toothbrush, etc. I really liked that the front desk texted me to see how our stay was going (nice touch). The first night, there was a loud, continuous commotion in our hallway and the room next door. So I texted the desk. They immediately took care of it. The next morning, same thing, but at 4am! I texted and they took care of it. Breakfast was good (would like to have seen some scrambled eggs!). Front desk employees were very friendly and attentive. We would stay there again."
