"The property is lovely and the staff is excellent. Very helpful very nice. The downside is the rooms do not have ocean view as promised, all inclusive disappointing. The drinks were watered down and the food at the resort was not good. Very little choice at breakfast. Lunch was the best, but dinner is at the restaurants were not good."

"Everyone was very friendly. Resort is pretty. When greeted with a person we thought was staff to let us know about the property. We find out it’s someone trying to sell something. Did not like that. Also when trying to find out what was going on at the property. No one told us about downloading the Hyatt app. Was told to go to a certain channel on tv but we did not have the channel. That being said the restaurants and staff were great! The grounds are pretty. Everything is very clean and safe!"

"Considero que la experiencia fue en relación calidad- precio. El aire acondicionado de mi habitación no funcionaba, creo que es algo indispensable. La comida está aceptable. Sin embargo, deberían ser más específicos en los lugares que tienen para comer, ya que por el estar ahí no puedes entrar a todos. Hay algunos que son exclusivos para clientes Golden, lo que a mí entender no es dar un servicio todo incluido. El servicio del personal muy bueno. Muy atentos todos"

"Check in was fast, however the receptionist did not explain anything. How the room numbers worked, where were the elevators. Got to the room and couldn’t get in bc she did not activate the cards. Sink got clogged after first hand wash (sure it was already that way). AC was not cold enough. One plug electrical outlet was the only one working so couldn’t charge more than 1 device at once in the room. We could hear our neighbors really close thru the connecting doors. We only stayed one night thank goodness. I am not sure if I’d ever book here again. It’s close to the airport that’s about it!"
