Nice staff with a clean hotel. The staff was constantly working to make sure everything was stocked and clean. The hotel is a little older but it is not really an issue.

Linda and Karen were the "best:" Breakfast was worth getting ;up for....Easy checki In.,everyone was on point. Great HouseKeeping sfatt also. I realy did enjoy my stay here!

The temperature in the room was great and Staff where very professional and inviting. Made me feel very welcome to stay here. Great selection of food for breakfast and Hot too. Only bad thing was Doo Doo stain on toilet seat like someone cleaned so they can poop on it. Because we were in a terrible hotel before this one so ....I did not give score the worst. But will visit again. Thank for being so kind and will check up again.

I was extremely tired, so I did not really check then I unpacked everything and went to take a shower. Otherwise, I must ask for exchange another room. When I got into the bathroom, I found that hair in the broken sink, hair in the shower tub, it was just the beginning, then finished, I went back to the bed, also found dirty bed sheet and hairs again. And you could hear outside clearly, it is very noise. This is very bad experience. Never again for this hotel.

Great customer service. Close to mall, restaurants, and gas stations. Cannot comment on breakfast as I didn’t eat breakfast. Clean, nice suite rooms. I travel for work and this hotel is normally my first choice in that area.

I was a disappointed when i checked in. They did not have a handicap room with souble beds as requested. Therefore it put the handicap person struggling to use the reatroom because the toilet was too low to the floor. We had to keep taking them to the reatroom in the lobby which was an inconvenience due to their slow mobility issues. Nevwr on the hotwl.com or the hotel themselves website inform me that the handicap rooms only come with one bed in them. Just crazy. The bathroom furniture was dusty and had hair in the tub and on the shower walls. Other than that great service and hotel. Ive stayed here before and thats why i chose to go back.

Hampton Inn has always been my go to place when we’re away from home. So there was no second thoughts when I decided to book here. My room was FILTHY. Dusty. Nasty pubic hair was on the toilet. Candy paper behind the bathroom door. So it’s evident that the floor wasn’t swept and definitely not mopped. Also, the ceiling above the tub/shower was moldy. This room had hotel pricing and a motel look. I expect a nice place to sleep when you’re paying close to $150 a night. Maybe management need to check behind housekeeping. Hampton Inn was very disappointing to us during this stay.

GREAT STAY
Everyone I came into contact with was so polite and healthful. I believe the man’s name was Brian at the front desk…..he was fantastic!! Karen had a wonderful breakfast for everyone and kept everything clean. There was something for everyone.

Enjoyable stay in Greenbrier.
It's a great location. Very central to the Tidewater area. Never mind the road construction. There's plenty of it! Try to get a room away from traffic noise. The rooms only filter out so much. Ours was small, but we had twin queens so.., Plenty of cable channels on the telly. The towels and bathroom supplies were a plenty and clean! You'll like that. The lobby has the best coffee choices and plenty of it. The complimentary breakfast was average for most hotels. Good, that's all I can say. Easy check in and out. You can use the app, or choose to talk to humans like we do. It was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay except one Sat morning at 6:30 am the dumpster truck came along and lasted 5 minutes of incredible noise outside our room. That was out only negative.
