A lot of restaurants, a nice Bazaar supermarket where you can buy water bottles for 18 cents a 1/2 gallon and sandwiches for 2 euros a life saver if you are going on a day trip. We arrived very early and they accommodate us without any problems and breakfast is good. Definitely will stay again if we ever come back to Crete. "

"Hotel Sofia is a very nice, well appointed hotel near the airport. Some late afternoon aircraft noise, but no problem overnight. On a side street so quiet, but only 100yds to public transport to city. Also a range of shops and eateries in same area. Pool area good. Breakfast had a good selection. Would recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful."
