"Close to the office, amazingly helpful staff and great atmosphere in then bar/restaurant"

"The curtains in my room were too small for the window by about 12 inches letting light in at 04.30am, the sink was cracked in the bathroom, the tiles were cracked and dangerous (sharp bits) the carpet was filthy and communal areas filthy. I stop in hotels every week and never leave a review but this was terrible"
