I didn’t get the room I reserved, they gave me a bunk bed instead of queen bed and just said sorry that is the only available room. The sheets were not changed and were full of hair when we requested for them to be cleaned they did it right away because the manager saw that they weren’t changed. The only positive thing was the location walkable to different places. The hotel itself looked old and dirty.

This property is fairly average in a less than ideal location in Manhattan. It is very safe as it is located next to a police precinct. They did upgrade our room, which was nice. The bigger room allowed us to do work where otherwise it would have been difficult.

Everything in thid hotel is absolutely terrible, horrible experience, place, room, shower, restaurante, staff, area, etc. And soo expensive for what you get!! Do NOT go!!!

I loved that the hotel was so clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed that there was a police station next door along with an awesome deli at the corner that serves amazing sandwiches. Super convenient

The room was very nice and spacious, but the previous guests used towels were left behind on the back of the door. There weren’t enough electrical outlets in the room to work and charge. The location was central, but the police station next door was loud during the day and at night. The bonus is it felt self because of the police presence.

The area to leave your luggage pre/post check in with an open room that anyone from off the street could access. No security at all whatsoever. I would not recommend booking this hotel as there are plenty in the same price range and area that can accommodate traveling guests more professionally.

The property inside was beautiful. The staff efficient and friendly. I disliked all the scaffolding in front of the hotel. It continued half way down on both sides of the street. Yet for the three days I was I saw not on single worker on this mass improvement project.!!

So, the ONLY negative is that there was NO hot water due to a pipe bursting!! Other than that, we would stay again. Very convenient to MSG. The hotel has a nice bar and an Indian infused menu. Room, bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. Would have liked the property to do something for us for the inconvenience of no hot water, but nothing offered. BC we didn't shower we skipped doing other things in the city and left early to go home.

First day we decided to nap in the afternoon due to having left home early. Challenging to do because there were doors banging and a lot of noise in the hallway. Temps dropped in New York our room was cold and my partner couldn’t sleep because the ac unit which was blowing cold air was also very loud. I called the front desk and asked that they look at it while we were out. Came back to a warm room and space heater. Stay was otherwise ok. We were there for a concert at Madison Square Garden the location was perfect.

The hotel room itself is clean and is in a nice area. Near police station and near the subways. If you plan to use the luggage hold, it is unsupervised and anyone can walk into the room. Not the most secure, but our luggage was safe for the most part. Also avoid the restaurant in the hotel. Prices and items on menu don’t match their online ordering and when we tried calling to ask questions was rudely talked to. Went downstairs to order and guy working the front seemed lost and not the most helpful when asked questions about the food. Expensive and overpriced, there are way better options around the hotel area.

We arrived before 3 p.m. and were told if we checked in we would have to pay $17 per hour until 3 p.m.--though the room was ready! I've never heard of anything like this in my decades of travel around the world. When we checked out early, we were told that we could leave bags in a certain area--where there was no security. When we went back later to get our bags, other people were told they could leave bags there before checking in (it was noon)--and they were not charged $17 per hour. Nobody mentioned that option to us. Also the rooms were tiny and the storage completely inadequate. No reading lights by the bed. And you could hear everything going on in the next room.

first they charge me for early cheking $120 no worries i paid it cash, they charge me again on my card 2 days after the chekout and they said they do not have any record of the cash payment. the water heater was horrible the air condition in the room it does not work they get me a ventilator for 6 persona, to wait for help on the front desk i was 20 nobody were there, horrible expirience

The room not clean especially the A/C was broken which we have to open the windows but only one window was working. Which made us 5 people sweated all night. We booked for king suite and it didn’t look like in the pictures at all. The room was so old and not as good as in the pictures. Not worth the money.

ALERGIES. Something about the room that gave me horrible allergies. I live with cats and dogs and never had this bad of a reaction. Maybe it’s the HVAC or curtains. A lot of dust on the desk/room divider which shows they don’t deep clean.
