Very convenient for the price point. No frills and the room was small, but the place was clean the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. I didn’t come to NYC to stay in my room so overall the hotel served its purpose very well. The staff was friendly and kind. Would definitely stay there again.

It was close to subway and buses making it easy to get around. The staff atthe front desk was very helpful and friendly as was the nighttime security guard. It was a very pleasant experience.

Spotlessly clean. Our room was a little small but everything you need. Complimentary breakfast was basic but fresh. Free bottles of water plus you could take snacks for later also. Great location. Would recommend.

The property was in a great location. It was easy for us to walk to many of our destinations and also was conveniently located near a subway station for times when our destination was too far to walk. The breakfast had a little more variety than the typical hotel breakfast and the staff was around constantly replenishing. Our only "complaint" was that it was mentioned twice that we should text the number if there was anything we wanted. We wanted an extra pillow and I texted that request the first night...twice. We never got a pillow or a response. We made that request at the desk our second night and received the pillow soon after. I suggest they not promote the texting as a method of communication until it is reliable and responses are consistently made.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, the hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refurb but it was clean and tidy and the room was spacious with everything that we needed for a 6 night stay here. We had a view overlooking some buildings and Summit One in the distance. Breakfast was great - there was a wide choice of food for everyone. Not a lot of seating but we managed to get a table every day. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. If I ever came back to NYC I would happily stay here again. We had a very enjoyable holiday.

Stayed here with my family during school vacation. Location afforded quick access to mid-town attractions, notably museums, Times Square, Korea-town, Rockefeller Center (Empire State Building) and Central Park, among others. We walked quite a bit, but subway stations are also close by. Our room (2 queen beds) was quite small, lacked a refrigerator, and had a weak AC, but was clean and otherwise suitable for our needs. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of items and was plentiful. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs and questions. The informal smoking area in front of the hotel was a bit of an annoyance, but I would rather have guests smoking outside than in their rooms.

The hotel is located centrally and is a good starting position to visit popular places in mid town, or to catch the subway. The room was clean and functional, with a comfy bed. Staff on the desk were courteous and helpful. The breakfast is great to start the day with the staff being super friendly! Only real areas of negativity would be the noise at night. We were on floor 11, couldn’t hear anything from adjoining rooms, but the street noise is pretty loud. Overall I feel the value fir money and quality was great and, unless you have a big budget, would recommend staying there.

Though the property is a little outdated, few cosmetic improvements needed, we had a great time here. Very friendly staff interactions all the time, free water bottles and great selections for breakfast. Ideally located and within walking distance to many attractions.

Such a good stay over three nights. We could hear neighbours coming in HARD at 11:45pm when we were getting ready for our flight the next morning but it’s a hotel so w/e but great staff/breakfast

For the price this place was perfect. Quite basic in appearance with no frills but was clean. The street it was on was fairly quiet and had some great little bars to visit on your doorstep and was close to a Subway for getting around. The breakfast staff were all lovely and desk staff helpful.
