On March 10, 2024, I booked the hotel located at 326 W 37th St, New York, NY 10018, Hilton Garden Inn NY Times Square, room 706. Initially, my family and I immensely enjoyed our moment here, but right after I checked out and left the hotel. They charged me $54 with the reason “ dog stay in.” HOW FUNNY. I don’t even have a dog!
After all, I tried to contact the front desk and realized how rude they were, impatient, and “racist.” I just wanted to talk with the manager, but they seemed afraid to solve my problem and never showed up, either “in the meeting, busy or already left.” No take any responsibility at all! After a while, the front desk woman told me to contact the “Hilton” and immediately hung up my phone. Where? How can I contact? No even give me a phone number. Anyway, they ruined my trip. I wonder if this hotel has a lousy service like that, how long can they survive?
