wonderful staff. The disappointing part was finding out at the hotel that there is an extra 30 dollar charge for gym and facility use. I wouldnt have reserved if i knew this before.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was a bit loud and the area was a bit shady at night with some homeless people. I would recommend the hotel.

Had a fabulous stay at the Crowne Plaza! It was my first time visiting NYC and I was not disappointed. Although I went with my boyfriend, I felt as though if I went alone I would’ve been just fine. We felt very safe and secure. The staff was always welcoming and greeting us when we came back from our ventures. The hotel is in a very convenient location within just a couple blocks to Times Square. It is right around the corner from Madison Square Garden and lots of shops as well as restaurants. The room was very clean and tidy, the housekeeping is excellent. Even though we were running behind, she still came and cleaned our room! It was the perfect space for two people. I was highly impressed and we will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was super friendly. West side location is a bit unpolished but proximity to Lincoln tunnel is excellent if you are driving out of town. Room was small and view was ugly but room was well appointed and clean.

Enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Rooms were great, beds were comfy. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day which is always lovely to come back to after a long day sight seeing. Short walk to Penn St station, from there you can get to most places easily enough. Yellow taxi from/to jfk is about $85 - it’s a flat rate of $70 plus tolls. Our rooms were on the 20th floor, could hear some street noise but certainly not too loud. Overall great stay, would stay again
